Assistant

Pivot versus the AI Assistant

Published 5 October 2026

The category call beside a pivot turn

The card shows two different reads. The assistant row is the category call, such as Technical Indicators or On-chain. The Pivot looks for a turn on the timeframe you picked. They are not the same call.

AI Assistant

Category call

Technical Indicators, On-chain, Social, or AI. Hold means that category did not open a Buy or Sell.

Pivot

A turn

15m and 1h are shorter turns. 1d is the daily turn. This is not the category call.

AI Assistant

This row is the category you have open. It might be Technical Indicators, On-chain, Social, or AI. The info icon names it. Hold means that category did not open a Buy or Sell. For a portfolio or a longer hold, follow this row.

Pivot

The Pivot looks for a turn on 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, or 1 week. A 15-minute or 1-hour pivot is a shorter turn. The daily pivot is the extra check for a longer hold. A Buy or Sell here does not replace the category call.

How to use both

  • Agree: the pivot matches the category call. The setup is cleaner.
  • No pivot: there is no turn to add. Read the assistant.
  • Disagree: follow the assistant for a longer hold. A Pivot Buy next to Hold or Sell is not a coin to add.

Takeaways

  • The AI Assistant is the category call.
  • The Pivot looks for a turn on the timeframe you pick.
  • When they disagree, a longer hold follows the assistant.

The card labels are explained in how to read a signal card. Timeframe style is in swing trading, scalping, and hold.
